We're parents of three, and we know the feeling. You hug them goodbye, you smile, and then you spend the whole journey checking your phone.
If your child is boarding at Lancing from Hong Kong, Lagos, Munich or Madrid, that feeling travels further. The time difference is cruel, the airport is huge, and the person collecting them is a stranger. We can't shorten the flight, but we can change that last part.
We look after every child we carry the way we'd want someone to look after ours: met with a smile, driven gently, never left alone at the airport, and with you hearing from us at every step until they're safely through.

For students coming from overseas
- Your very first arrival: we'll be waiting in arrivals with your name on a board, help with your cases, and message your parents the moment you're with us.
- No question is a silly one: our drivers speak slowly and clearly, and they're happy to tell you about the school, the weather (bring a jacket) and the best chips in Sussex on the way.
- Home is one message away: WhatsApp works from any country, so your parents can reach us any time, day or night.
- Guardians welcome: we work with guardianship agencies, with one monthly invoice and copies of every message.
A little extra help, at a fair, fixed price
Some children need more than a lift to the door. These add-ons are priced to cover our time and the airport parking, not to make money from a worried parent, and you'll know the price before you book.
Your child is met inside the terminal, not in a car park, and walked to the car. Chaperone agencies can charge over £100 for this alone. With us, it's part of the fare.
We park, walk your child in, and stay until the bags are dropped and the boarding pass is in their hand. Then we message you. Parking and up to an hour included.
For children flying as unaccompanied minors. We're named on the airline's form, hand your child to the escort team, and stay until the plane has left, as most airlines require. Parking and up to three hours included.
Coming home as an unaccompanied minor? We wait at the airline's desk, sign for your child with ID, and bring them back. Parking and up to an hour and a half included.
Flight delayed beyond the time included? Extra time is £40 an hour, and we'll always message you before it starts. Two children, connecting flights or an escort to the gate: ask us for a fixed price.

Questions parents ask us
Yes, if you add it: walk-in check-in is +£45 at Gatwick or +£55 at Heathrow, and airline escort handover for unaccompanied minors is +£95 or +£110. Meeting in arrivals with a name board is always included.
Yes, from whichever house your child is in, following the school's sign-out rules.
We track it and wait. Delays never cost you extra, and your child is never left waiting alone.
Yes, if both families agree when booking, and you can share the fare.
