How it works
1 Send us the flight
The student's name, flight number, and the host family's address and phone number. The student, a parent, the host family or the school can send it.
2 We meet you in arrivals
Your driver waits with your name on a board: at Gatwick in front of M&S in the arrivals hall, at Heathrow at the arrivals information desk. We track your flight, so an early or late landing is fine.
3 We text the host family
A text when you leave the airport and another when you reach the door, to the host family and to the school if they would like one.
Who books with us
Students and parents
Book the ride yourself. The fare is fixed and it's per car, not per person, so two friends on the same flight to the same host pay once.
Host families
Book your student's pickup, or send them our way. Join our host scheme: after ten students' transfers, your own holiday airport run is on us.
Schools and agents
One contact for all your arrivals and departures, and a text to your team at every pickup and drop-off. Pay trip by trip to start; after four weeks of work together, you can ask to move to one monthly invoice.
Students under 18
Tell us the student's age when you book. Every driver is licensed by the council and has passed an enhanced DBS check, and we follow your school's rules for meeting and handing over younger students.
Fixed fares to your homestay
One price per car, the same at 5am as at 5pm. Book the trip home at the same time and save £10.

Our home zone is Worthing, Lancing, Sompting, Shoreham-by-Sea, Southwick, Steyning, Bramber, Upper Beeding, Brighton, Hove and Portslade. Ferring, East Preston, Rustington, Angmering and Littlehampton are £10 more. You get an hour's free waiting from landing, because passport queues can be long; after that it's £8 per 15 minutes. Lots of luggage? An estate car is £10 more and a people carrier £30 more. Several students on one flight going to different homes? We'll price the whole run by where the homes are, before you book.
Questions students ask
My flight is late. What happens?We track it and move your pickup to match, at no extra cost.
Will my driver speak my language?Clear, friendly English. Your course starts on the drive home.
Can my school or host family book for me?Yes. Whoever books, we keep the student, the host family and the school up to date.
How do I pay?By secure card link, at least a day before your pickup. Schools can ask to move to a monthly invoice after four weeks of work together.
What if I can't find my driver?Ring the number in your booking text. A real person answers, whatever the time.
