Ships dock early and passengers leave in groups, so we don't guess. We track your ship and you message us when you're off with your bags. We'll be in the terminal car park, however long the queue takes, at no extra cost.

Which terminal do you go to?
All of them: Ocean, Mayflower, City Cruise, QEII and Horizon. Tell us your ship or terminal when you book, and we'll drop you right at the luggage drop.
What time will you collect me?
Tell us your check-in slot and we'll work back from it, allowing for the A27 and the queue into the docks. From Worthing, that usually means leaving about an hour and a half before your slot, a little earlier on a busy summer Saturday.
What happens on the day I come home?
Ships usually dock early and passengers leave in groups. We track the ship, and you just message us when you're off with your bags. We'll be in the terminal car park, however long the queue takes. No waiting charge on cruise days.
I've got a lot of luggage. Will it fit?
A standard car takes up to three big cases plus hand luggage. Cruise wardrobes often need more, so many people choose our estate (+£10) or, for five or more, the people carrier (+£30).
Why is it the same price from Rustington as Worthing?
Because Southampton is west of Worthing, so the coast towns are actually closer. Charging them more would be daft.
